Everyone will meet at Anacapa Middle School to board your private airport transfer to LAX. You'll arrive approximately 2 hours before your red eye flight to Washington DC. Settle in and get some sleep - we'll hit the ground running upon arrival.
After landing in the DC area, we'll board our private motorcoach and head out for a quick breakfast. This morning we'll explore some memorials and the National Museum of African American History and Culture. After lunch, we'll take a Tour of the US Capitol and see the Library of Congress. We'll enjoy dinner tonight as a group before heading out to see the Big Three Memorials. Finally, we'll check into the hotel and get some much needed rest.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and kick the day off with a guided visit to George Washington's Mount Vernon. After lunch, you'll spend the remainder of the afternoon on a guided walking tour around Arlington National Cemetery, where you'll see JFK's Eternal Flame and the Changing of the Guard Ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Dinner will be as a group tonight followed by a visit to your final three memorials in the city - the Thomas Jefferson Memorial, the MLK Jr. Memorial, and the FDR Memorial.
We'll have a quick breakfast and depart early for Philadelphia! Upon arriving in the city, enjoy a guided walking tour of Independence Hall. After lunch, you'll see the remainder of the historic district sites and The Rocky Steps before heading further north to New York City.
When you arrive in NYC - you'll drop your luggage off at the hotel, enjoy dinner, and then ascend 100+ stories above the ground to The Edge.
We'll kick off the morning with some exploration of NYC Neighborhoods before lunch. Afterwards, head up to the MET and Central Park for the afternoon. Dinner will be at Gayles Broadway Rose this evening - where you can enjoy watching your servers sing hit broadway numbers!
Your last full day in NYC will begin with a ferry out to see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. After lunch, enjoy a guided walking tour around FiDi to see icons like The Charging Bull, the Fearless Girl, and the 9/11 Memorial & Museum. Pack your bags and board your private motorcoach for the day as you explore lesser known sites around NYC. You'll have lunch in the city, followed by some additional exploration before heading to the airport with enough time to check in, enjoy dinner on your own, and board your flight home.
Upon arrival back to LAX, you'll board your private motorcoach transfer to Anacapa Middle School and finish your adventure.
